I'm so glad you're here.

Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, and I'm honored you're taking the time to learn more about me. My goal is to cultivate a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted just as you are. I believe therapy is a collaborative process — you are the expert on your own life, and together we'll discover a path forward that feels authentic and aligned with your values.

I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, OCD, faith transitions, self-esteem concerns, and life's many transitions. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and accessible, culturally responsive therapy for D/deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.

My approach is warm, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based therapies including EMDR, ACT, parts work, compassion-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. You deserve a space where you feel valued, supported, and empowered to show up authentically. If you're ready to begin your healing journey, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, and I’m honored you’re taking the time to learn more about me. My goal is to cultivate a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted just as you are.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. While I bring clinical knowledge, evidence-based approaches, and compassionate support, you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify what matters most to you, and discover a path forward that feels authentic, meaningful, and aligned with your values.

I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, OCD, faith transitions, self-esteem concerns, and life’s many transitions. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and accessible, culturally responsive therapy for D/deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.

My approach is warm, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), parts work, compassion-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

You deserve a space where you feel valued, supported, and empowered to show up authentically as yourself. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Areas of Focus

You don't have to
carry this alone.

Whether you’re facing something that’s built up over years or something that just cracked you open, there is a path forward. Here’s what I help with:

Anxiety

Learn to quiet the mental noise, understand what your anxiety is communicating, and feel more present in your daily life.

OCD

Evidence-based support to help you step out of the cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsive patterns and reconnect with a sense of freedom.

Faith Crisis & Transitions

Navigating shifts in belief, identity, or religious belonging with compassion, curiosity, and no judgment.

Childhood Trauma

You didn’t choose your past. In therapy, we gently explore how early experiences may still be showing up in your present and how to begin healing.

PTSD

Trauma-informed care to help you process what you’ve been through and rebuild a sense of safety within yourself.

Self Esteem

Building a more compassionate and stable relationship with yourself — one that isn’t based on perfection or constant achievement.

Perfectionism

When the internal pressure never lets up, therapy can help you understand where it comes from and create more space to breathe.

Women's Issues

Supporting experiences related to identity, relationships, boundaries, body image, and the emotional load many women carry.

d/Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing

I provide accessible, affirming therapy in American Sign Language (ASL) and am passionate about culturally responsive care for Deaf and hard-of-hearing clients.

You don’t need a diagnosis to start therapy. If something here resonates with you, we can begin there.
