Hi, I'm Kelley.
I am dedicated to cultivating a safe, inclusive, and compassionate environment where individuals can feel heard and understood. As a good listener and empathetic practitioner, I will meet you where you are, honor your unique story, and provide unwavering support. To me, therapy requires a collaborative effort where I see you as the expert in your own life and we work together to discover the best path forward that feels most authentic to you.
I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, faith transitions, childhood trauma, and life transitions in general. I am fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and am passionate about providing support to D/deaf and hard-of-hearing clients. I prioritize utilizing evidence-based treatments including EMDR, ACT, parts work, and both compassion-focused and mindfulness-based interventions. My approach is warm and always tailored to your needs to provide the support you deserve.
Beyond our therapy room, I find joy in simple pleasures like long summer nights, spending time at the beach, and treating myself to gelato. As a creative outlet, I work as a family photographer. I have an adorable fluffy dog, love traveling, and am always up for a good book.
